Coached Rowing – Coached rowing session are held in the evenings during the summer. Coaches are available for both sweep and sculling although the coaching focus is on sweep rowing.
Morning Sculling Program – Schedule will be announced in May.
Winter Erging Program – Each year a limited number of seats are available for an 8 week erging program during January and February. Weekly workouts are dynamic, strenuous and fun. Look for more information in December via email.
Erg Workouts – Workouts to try at home or at the gym
Access to Club Boats – During the rowing season members are able to take club boats out during daylight hours. Members must pass a flip test to be able to take out singles and doubles without a coach in a safety launch on the water. The flip test consists of demonstrating the ability to row the test boat effectively and safely, capsize the boat, right it and reenter it, regaining control of the oars and boat. The test is supervised by a coach, the club president or designee.
